CROSSFIT

At NBT our bread and butter of training is “constantly varied functional movement at high intensity and modal domains”. We believe that everyone is an athlete and should train like one. We want to build the foundation of everyday movements by training the body toward optimal function.

Everyone comes in at different points in their fitness, whether it be general capacity, access or limitations to certain ranges of motion, and different levels of strength, balance, and coordination. The beauty of our program is the ability to scale and tailor each movement to each individual to meet them where they’re at. Whether it’s working to a greater depth in your squat, gaining the ability to reach overhead, or learning to walk on your hands, we want to be pushing the next progression for everyone that comes through our doors.

CrossFit is different everyday, which keeps our training fresh and effective. You can expect a variety movements using all different equipment including body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, sleds, sandbags, ergs, and more! Generally there will be a strength and conditioning piece everyday in between a thorough warm up and cool down.  

Membership Options:

We offer two different CrossFit Memberships:
3x/week for $155 and Unlimited is $185

TEEN STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

The purpose of our Teen Class is to teach kids ages 12-17 the basics of lifting and training athletic movement. Beyond performance on their court, field, pool, or rink, we want them to be able to take the principles they learn into the rest of their lives.

Some have never worked out before, some have been lifting for years. Any/all are welcome and will see improvement in the 10 general physical skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. We want to create a place where kids can truly learn to train, push themselves, and build character and camaraderie along the way.

PRIVATE TRAINING

Sometimes there are specific goals you have in mind, or special circumstances you want addressed. Maybe you just like the one on one environment. Regardless, we get it and want to help. Any of our coaches would be happy to sit down with you for a free private training consult.
