North Bound Training is made up of our people, both community and coaches. We strive for results built on relationships. We work with all ages and abilities on improving their fitness through constantly varied functional movement under the Crossfit methodology. We’ve had individuals lose 20% BF, go from a sedentary lifestyle to working out 5 days/week, go from aching joints to sitting comfortably at the bottom of a squat, and some accomplish giant feats of strength to walking on their hands. Our mission is to improve lives through relationship and training, encompassing fitness, recovery, mindset and nutrition and we look for people that want to be invested and coachable, positive, and committed to putting in the work.
